Reagan received lots of workbooks for Christmas. She LOVES working on her workbooks and shes pretty good too!! We have been finding letters all over town. Once we started looking for particular letters her whole world opened up. She just can't believe all the R's all over town. She points out ALL of them. . .and I mean ALL of them. Reagan and Chris got the stomach bug that is moving through town. So far Tyler and I are in the clear. I have been washing my hands so much they are raw but it seems to be working so far. Wish us luck!

Christmas is coming down
I set Tyler down in the baby papasan the other day and then I walked out for a minute. When I came back, the boy was sitting up and looking around. I guess we have outgrown the thing already! Anybody else still have Christmas up? We just took it down. I think the elderly neighbors were staring at our wreaths still up during their walk yesterday. Of course they all were efficient and had everything down nearly the day after. Reagan was quite upset that her mini pink tree in her room had to go. Seems like we just put it up! She is downstairs watching E.T. with daddy. She is LOVING it. I keep hearing her gasp.. . "OOOOOH WOW!" I bought a couch yesterday. For those of you that have been to my house. . . the ballroom is now closed. I have the couch and nothing else yet. I have a wish list and we will keep working on it. Well, better get back downstairs to the movie!

Retro Birthday Mom
This is a photo of mom. Her loving brother sent it to me and I thought it was blog-worthy. I am really digging the glasses. For a small fee I will take down the photo. He He

Tyler is 7 months and 20 lbs!!
I really don't doubt the 20 lbs. We went to his check up yesterday and he's 85th percentile for weight. Big surprise. Carrying him in the infant seat will nearly throw your back out. The top pics is Tyler with is cousin Eden. She loves to hold him and feed him. Future babysitter in the making! We started giving him "dinner" the other night. I believe it was macaroni and beef dinner. It was a total mess but he loved it. When he was done, I put him right in the tub. You can see that when I towel dry his hair. . . he has a fro. It is so outta control but don't know really how to cut it yet at this point. The last picture is probably my favorite. Reagan has a doctor set and the blue glasses came with it. They fit his head perfectly and it was a riot the other night when we had them on. I think he looks like a cartoon. Maybe that kid from Little Einstiens.

We Survived Christmas
We had a great Christmas this year. We have been telling Reagan that Santa is coming since before Halloween so its been a big build up. She was really flabergasted that Santa ate all the cookies. Nevermind all the presents. . . . . . HE ATE ALL OF THEM! Reagan had a great time helping everyone unwrap. Tyler mostly ate paper. I got a new camera so I hope to tote it with me more and get more shots of the kids. The picture above was taken at Rena's house. Tyler sits up pretty good but sometimes tips over. At least he has a cushy place to tip over onto.

Decorating the Christmas Tree
We decorated the Christmas tree last weekend. The star topper has died and I am on the prowl for a new one. The Wal-Mart here in town had NOTHING that was even remotely cute so who knows when we will get a new one. Right now its topped with a Santa hat. Reagan also likes to wear the elf hat but she is convinced its a witch hat (because it comes to a pointy tip). Tyler has been easy as usual. Sleeping until about 5 or so, inhaling a bottle, and going back to bed until about 7 or 8 am. I can handle that!
