Don't let the innocent look throw you off. Shortly after this picture was taken she whacked her brother because he "hit" her. When he flails his arms and touches her she thinks she's getting assaulted.
Reagan cuddled up her brother with her Disney princess blanket and baby doll. I'm sure he appreciated it.
