We Survived Christmas

We had a great Christmas this year. We have been telling Reagan that Santa is coming since before Halloween so its been a big build up. She was really flabergasted that Santa ate all the cookies. Nevermind all the presents. . . . . . HE ATE ALL OF THEM! Reagan had a great time helping everyone unwrap. Tyler mostly ate paper. I got a new camera so I hope to tote it with me more and get more shots of the kids. The picture above was taken at Rena's house. Tyler sits up pretty good but sometimes tips over. At least he has a cushy place to tip over onto.

Decorating the Christmas Tree

We decorated the Christmas tree last weekend. The star topper has died and I am on the prowl for a new one. The Wal-Mart here in town had NOTHING that was even remotely cute so who knows when we will get a new one. Right now its topped with a Santa hat. Reagan also likes to wear the elf hat but she is convinced its a witch hat (because it comes to a pointy tip). Tyler has been easy as usual. Sleeping until about 5 or so, inhaling a bottle, and going back to bed until about 7 or 8 am. I can handle that!

We took the kids to see Santa after Reagan's dance recital. She walked right up and made her requests. I couldn't believe it. She was so terrified last year and this year she was loving it! 

Reagans First Dance Program

Well Reagan had her first dance program this past weekend. They danced at Frosty Festival and it was quite interesting. She was on the very end and was doing a great job until she looked over and everyone else was kinda standing there. . .then she clammed up. She got to wear "stage makeup" which she was pretty excited about. I thought I took it easy on the make up but some of those girls were really floozied up! I am also posting a pic of Tyler in the Exersaucer. I have to pack some blankets around him to keep him from bobbing around but he really likes it.

Halloween was a blast! Reagan's pumpkin won 2nd place in the decorating contest for her class. Reagan got all glitzed up for the big night. She wanted me to see her candy after every house. She had to run to keep up with her cousins. Tyler was a skunk and fell asleep near the end. It was a great time and Reagan really was into it. OH! and Tyler rolled over this past weekend for the first time ever. He finally got that chunky leg out of the way.

Halloween

It has been a long time since I last posted. Its hard to keep up with all this! Tyler started eating solid food last week. Carrots was the food of the day and he loved em. Reagan and I decorated a gingerbread halloween house. No that is not a beard she is growing. . .just black frosting that has stained her mouth. How lovely. She also got a new hat a few weeks ago. She loves it and wears is alot. I will try to be quicker to get pics up after the Halloween trick or treating!***So some of this pics won't post. I will try to get them up later.

Eden's Soccer Game

GO EDEN GO!

Today we went to Eden's soccer game. She did GREAT!!  Reagan was cheerleading her on. Reagan got to spend the night with all her cousins last night. Mommy and Daddy got to rent a movie and sleep in al little this morning! Tyler tried on Reagan's shades at the soccer game.
